50-100 personalized LinkedIn + Social DMs plus emails and follow up calls per day to decision-makers or operators
Deploy our proprietary strategy to spark conversations - proven outreach playbook we are duplicating
Target: Law Firms (opportunity to open up other verticals next year
Discovery & Qualification (10-15 calls/week):
Run 20-30 min qualification calls using our Discovery framework
Uncover pain around manual intake, slow follow-up, hiring bottlenecks
Hand qualified leads to closers for the full cycle (4 to 6 weeks)
Pipeline Management:
Track everything in our CRM
Weekly coaching sessions with operations + sales lead along with founder to optimize your numbers
Role-plays, objection handling, continuous improvement
Scoring system to rank quality of each call and follow up email etc.
Base Salary: Competitive base (discussed in interview)
Performance Bonuses:
Uncapped upside tied to activity metrics
Bonus unlocks for hitting monthly call targets
Accelerators on positive replies and qualified hand-offs
Commission:
5% on closed deals while you're in training
Path to Closer:
Graduate in 6-12 months → 10% commission + own full deals → $400k+ realistic for top performers
Year 1 OTE:
Average performer: $85k
Strong performer: $100k+

What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
• 1-2+ years in B2B outbound sales (SDR/BDR experience preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota
• Comfortable with high volume and rejection
• Self-starter who can manage their own day remotely
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Nice-to-haves:
• SaaS or professional services sales background
• Experience with LinkedIn Outbound, Social Media Outbound
• Familiarity with AI/automation
